Yes. Every K-professional on KOncierge holds a Korean government-issued 관광통역안내사 license in their working language(s).
How far in advance should I submit a request?+
Two to four weeks is comfortable; a week is workable for most requests; less than a week we'll try but can't always match you to the right specialist.
What if I'm not happy with the first itinerary?+
Reply to the proposal with what you want changed. Your guide revises — there's no charge until you confirm the final plan.
Can I request a specific guide?+
Yes. Mention them in the message field (by name, or by profile link from /local). If they're available for your dates we'll route to them.
Do you handle hotels, flights, or transfers?+
No — KOncierge plans your on-the-ground experience. We'll suggest neighbourhoods and coordinate with hotel concierges, but booking lodging / flights / trains is on you.
