Do I need a license?
Yes. KOncierge is a licensed travel business, and guides must hold a valid Korean tourist-interpretation guide license (관광통역안내사).
How much does it cost to join?
Nothing to join. We take a flat 15% platform fee per booking — there is no monthly fee.
How and when do I get paid?
We settle your earnings weekly to your registered Korean bank account, after any applicable tax withholding.
What languages can I guide in?
Any foreign language you're fluent in — English, Japanese, Chinese, and more. Korean is assumed; you choose the foreign languages you serve travelers in.
How long does approval take?
Usually a few business days after you submit your application and documents.
Do I set my own tours and prices?
