Article 1: Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") aim to prescribe the conditions of use and matters related to the operation of the "KOncierge" service (hereinafter referred to as the "Site").

Article 2: Definition of Terms

The primary terms used in these Terms are defined as follows:

1. Member: A user who has agreed to these Terms, provided personal information for registration, and entered into a service agreement with the Site.

2. Service Agreement: The contract concluded between the Site and a Member regarding the use of the Site.

3. Member ID (hereinafter "ID"): A unique combination of letters and numbers assigned to each Member for identification and service access.

4. Password: A combination of letters and numbers selected by the Member to verify their identity and protect their rights and interests.

5. Operator: The entity that establishes and operates the service website.

6. Termination: The act of a Member canceling their Service Agreement.

Article 3: Supplementary Rules

The Operator may notify Members of separate operating policies as needed. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and such operating policies, the operating policies shall prevail.

Article 4: Formation of Service Agreement

1. A Service Agreement is established when a person wishing to use the Site applies for membership by agreeing to these Terms, and the Operator accepts such application.

2. An applicant expresses their consent to these Terms by reading them and selecting the "I Agree" button during the registration process.

Article 5: Application for Service Use

1. Users wishing to register as Members must provide all required information (ID, password, nickname, etc.) requested by the Site.

2. Members who register false information or use another person's information without authorization shall have no rights regarding the use of the Site and may be subject to penalties under relevant laws.

Article 6: Privacy Policy

The Site and the Operator shall handle personal information (excluding passwords) in accordance with the Site’s Privacy Policy. The Operator shall endeavor to protect Member's personal information, including registration details, as required by law.

• Protection of personal information is governed by relevant laws and the Site's Privacy Policy.

• The Operator shall not be held liable for any information exposure caused by the Member’s own negligence.

• The Operator may access or submit Member data to relevant authorities upon request if the Member posts illegal content that disrupts public order or threatens national security.

Article 7: Obligations of the Operator

1. The Operator shall process valid complaints or opinions raised by Members as promptly as possible. If immediate processing is difficult, the Operator will make its best effort to notify the Member via announcements or direct messages.

2. The Operator shall endeavor to repair or restore equipment without delay in the event of failure to ensure reliable service. However, service may be suspended due to natural disasters or other unavoidable circumstances.

Article 8: Obligations of Members

1. Members must comply with these Terms, operating policies, Site announcements, and relevant laws. Members shall not engage in activities that interfere with the Site’s operations or damage its reputation.

2. Members may not transfer, gift, or provide as collateral their right to use the service or their status under the Service Agreement without explicit consent from the Site.

3. Members are responsible for managing their ID and password and may not allow third parties to use them without consent from the Site.

4. Members shall not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of the Operator, the Site, or any third party.

Article 9: Service Hours

1. In principle, the service is available 24 hours a day, year-round, unless technical or operational issues arise. However, the Site may temporarily suspend services for system maintenance or upgrades. In such cases, notice will be posted on the homepage in advance.

2. The Site may suspend or permanently terminate services without prior notice in the following cases:

   • Emergency system maintenance, replacement, or malfunction.

   • Force majeure events such as national emergencies, power outages, or natural disasters.

   • Suspension of services by telecommunications carriers.

   • Disruptions caused by excessive traffic.

3. In the case of service interruption, the Site will notify Members in advance. If advance notice is impossible due to circumstances beyond the Site's control, notice will be provided after the fact.

Article 10: Termination of Service

1. If a Member wishes to terminate their Service Agreement, they must apply for withdrawal through the Site’s online interface.

2. Upon application for termination, the Member’s information will be automatically deleted from the management system, and the Operator will no longer be able to access the former Member’s data.

Article 11: Restrictions on Service Use

Members shall not engage in the following acts. If a Member violates these, the Site may restrict service use, take legal action, or terminate the Service Agreement:

1. Registering false information during or after sign-up.

2. Interfering with others' use of the Site or stealing information.

3. Impersonating Site staff or related personnel.

4. Infringing on the intellectual property or personal rights of the Site or third parties.

5. Misusing another Member's ID.

6. Collecting, storing, or disclosing other Members' personal information without consent.

7. Engaging in acts objectively judged to be linked to criminal activity.

8. Violating any other relevant laws.

Article 12: Management of Posts

1. The Operator is responsible for managing Site content. The Operator shall monitor for inappropriate content and, upon discovery or report, may delete such content and issue warnings to the Member responsible. Members are solely responsible for the content they post.

2. The Operator may delete or move posts without prior consent if requested by public authorities (e.g., Ethics Committees).

3. Criteria for inappropriate posts:

   • Content that insults or defames others.

   • Content that violates public order or morals.

   • Content that encourages copyright infringement or hacking.

   • Commercial advertisements for profit.

   • Content objectively linked to criminal activity.

   • Content that infringes on third-party rights.

   • Content deemed to violate relevant laws.

4. If a third party requests the removal of a post due to defamation or intellectual property infringement, the Site may temporarily take down the post. The Site will comply with legal rulings or formal agreements between the parties involved.

Article 13: Archiving of Posts

If the Operator is forced to shut down the Site, it will make efforts to notify Members in advance and facilitate the migration or backup of posts.

Article 14: Copyright of Posts

1. Copyright of posts remains with the Member who posted them. The Site may not use posts for commercial purposes without the Member’s consent (excluding non-profit use or displaying the content within the service).

2. Members may not commercially use, process, or sell materials obtained through the service.

3. The Operator may delete, move, or refuse to register any content that violates Article 12 without prior notice.

Article 15: Compensation for Damages

1. The Member shall bear primary civil and criminal responsibility for any issues arising from their actions on the Site.

2. The Site shall not be liable for damages caused by force majeure (e.g., natural disasters) or the Member’s own intent or negligence.

Article 16: Indemnification (Disclaimer)

1. The Operator is exempt from liability for any failure to achieve expected results or damages arising from the Member's selection or use of the service.

2. The Operator is not liable for service disruptions caused by telecommunications carriers or infrastructure failures.

3. The Operator bears no responsibility for the materials stored, published, or transmitted by Members.

4. The Operator is not responsible for service interruptions caused by the Member’s own fault.

5. The Operator is not liable for activities (data transfer, community activities, etc.) between Members or between Members and third parties.

6. The Operator does not guarantee the truth, reliability, or accuracy of any data posted or transmitted by Members.

7. The Operator is not responsible for damages arising from transactions between Members or between Members and third parties mediated through the service.

8. The Operator is not liable for disputes between Members or third parties that occur without the Operator’s fault.

9. The Operator is not liable for system failures caused by cyberattacks, computer viruses for which no defense currently exists, or other force majeure events, provided there was no willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Operator.

Supplementary Provisions

These Terms shall take effect on August 1, 2025.
