Destruction Method:
Procedure: Information is moved to a separate database (or a separate file for physical documents) after the purpose is met, stored for a set period, and then destroyed.
Method: Printed documents are shredded or incinerated. Electronic files are permanently deleted using technical methods that prevent recovery.
Dormant Accounts: Members who have not used the service for 12 months will be notified of account expiration. If there is no response within the specified period, the personal information will be separated and stored or destroyed after the legal retention period.
